Children in Year 2 enjoyed a sleepover at Princess Frederica. The children played games, enjoyed a bonfire in the embankment area and then slept in the main hall before enjoying a cooked breakfast in the morning.
The children have enjoyed the first few days of their residential trip despite some unfavourable weather. It has not got spirits down. On the first day the children enjoyed visiting the Royal Air Force museum in Cosford where they got to see a variety of planes but the real point of excitement was the 4D aeroplane simulator.
On the second, the children spent the day at Bliss Hill Victorian town. After changing their pounds for shillings they were able to explore the Victorian life in all it's entities. They were able to put their feet into the shoes of Victorian Children as they manufactured bricks in a traditional factory of the era. We all enjoyed free time in the evening back at Cloverly Hall.
More updates to come later in the week.
