How we keep in touch with you

During the year, children are assessed both formally and informally and their progress tracked. At the end of the Foundation Stage, children are assessed according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile.

The School operates an "Open Door" policy. Parents / carers or teachers can initiate a meeting to discuss any educational issues relating to individual children's progress. This is in addition to termly consultation evenings where the school invites parents / carers to meet the class teacher.

Your child's welfare

We have a fully trained Welfare Officer who looks after sick children and deals with any accidents. If your child is ill we will do our utmost to contact you.

Medicines: We are commissioned to support children with medical needs and we follow the DFeS guidelines on administering medicines.

For full information please contact the Welfare Officer
